'Ice Dance' thrives in dry shade or in moist woodland sites, and is fully evergreen in zone 4b and south ... ... 'Ice Dance' is mildly stoloniferous, but not invasive. Brownish springtime flowers are subtle. Cut foliage back in early spring and enjoy the fabulous color of new growth. Not native.
